About this life

I document daily routines, training blocks, meals, and the reality of balancing becoming an influencer with competing in strongman events. There is so much work that goes into being successful, and it is that drive that separates me from those who aren’t willing to go the extra mile to achieve their own goals. I am a student, an athlete, social media influencer, disabled veteran battling PTSD, as well as a husband, father, and friend.

My day is split into segments as I must manage my time effectively in order to meet all the demands of the day. There is always something that needs to be done in order to achieve the goals I have.

A meticulously arranged wooden desk setup displaying a content creator’s daily tools: a sleek mirrorless camera with a chunky lens, a smartphone showing an open social media analytics dashboard, a compact tripod folded neatly, and a notebook filled with handwritten workout ideas and video concepts. The desk sits near a large window overlooking a softly blurred urban skyline at sunrise. Gentle, diffused morning light pours in, casting soft reflections on the camera body and phone screen. A pair of wireless earbuds rests beside a stainless steel shaker bottle with condensation beading on its surface. Photographic realism, eye-level composition with rule-of-thirds framing, creating a calm yet productive atmosphere that captures the balance between strongman training and influencer content planning.
An imposing, sand-filled strongman training atlas stone with a rough, pitted concrete surface sits perfectly centered on a chalk-smeared rubber mat. Around it are scattered training accessories: thick lifting straps, a steel loading platform, and a bucket filled with chunky white chalk. The background shows an industrial-style garage gym with exposed brick walls, metal storage racks, and neatly stacked tires fading into a soft bokeh. Overcast daylight filters through an open garage door, creating diffused, moody lighting that wraps gently around the stone and emphasizes its texture. Photographic realism, low-angle perspective to make the stone appear monumental, with high contrast and a rugged, determined atmosphere that highlights the raw strength focus of strongman lifestyle.
A detailed flat lay of a strongman athlete’s daily nutrition and recovery setup arranged on a dark wooden kitchen table: a scale-weighted meal in clean glass containers with grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, and bright green vegetables, a digital food scale, a large translucent water jug marked with hourly goals, and neatly labeled supplement tubs. A tablet lies nearby showing a structured training and posting schedule. Soft midday window light from the left creates gentle highlights on the food’s textures and subtle shadows beneath each item. Photographic realism, top-down bird’s-eye composition with balanced spacing, giving an organized, intentional mood that reflects disciplined lifestyle management and behind-the-scenes preparation for performance and content creation.

A sturdy, battle-worn strongman log press implement made of thick, dark steel with cutout handles and faded chalk handprints rests on a patch of slightly worn artificial turf. Behind it, an open backyard training space features a yoke frame, farmer’s carry handles, and a tractor tire, all partially out of focus. The sky glows with warm golden hour light, casting long, cinematic shadows across the turf and creating a rich, amber rim light along the edges of the log. Photographic realism, shot from a very low, front-facing angle to make the equipment feel massive and heroic. The mood is bold and aspirational, embodying outdoor, do-it-yourself strongman sessions often shared on social media.

A collection of training clips, event highlights, and candid moments from the gym and road. I document my journey as a strongman, a Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor, and a Veteran battling PTSD to inspire others to continue to carry on and that nothing is impossible.

I have overcome the odds stacked against me and done things that I was told I would never do again after my injury. This just proves you can do anything you set your mind to do as where there is a will there is always a way.

My road to being the strongest man on Earth is about what it takes to achieve these goals, and talks about the hard work that goes on not just in the gym, but with every other facet of life that goes on behind the scene so to speak.

Hours in the gym 5 days a week, the time spent in the kitchen preparing meals for the day, the study that goes into how to improve the results I am getting from my training, recovery work, editing and posting videos for my followers, and finding time to be a husband, father, and friend.

A minimalist content creator’s corner in a small home gym: a compact ring light on a telescoping stand, a smartphone mounted horizontally, and a clean black tripod positioned in front of a power rack loaded with moderate weight. On the floor lies a whiteboard with a handwritten video shot list and posting schedule. Cool LED strip lighting runs along the base of the wall, adding a subtle blue accent glow behind the rack. Overhead softbox lighting creates even, flattering illumination across the equipment, with minimal harsh shadows. Photographic realism, slightly elevated angle with wide framing to show the entire setup. The atmosphere is organized, modern, and tech-savvy, emphasizing how training sessions are seamlessly integrated with filming and sharing content.

Behind-the-scenes shots of meals, gear, and recovery rituals that keep me chasing big lifts daily. These are all tools i use and social media helps me reach my followers and keep me in touch with those who support my journey, as I too hope to encourage their journey through my work.

About

An early-morning outdoor strongman conditioning scene featuring a massive sled loaded with black bumper plates on a slightly frosted asphalt driveway. A digital timer rests on the ground beside a pair of fingerless lifting gloves and a coiled battle rope. The background shows a quiet suburban street with houses softly blurred, illuminated by a pale pre-dawn sky transitioning from deep blue to soft pink. Cool, low-angle natural light creates crisp, long shadows and subtle reflections on the metal sled rails. Photographic realism, medium low-angle perspective with the sled dominating the foreground, capturing a disciplined, solitary, and determined atmosphere typical of off-camera grind sessions that fuel an athlete-influencer’s visible success.

Follow my journey as a strongman athlete balancing training, travel, and social media to inspire daily gains.
